Founder Bio: Sylvie

Our founder, Sylvie, brings a rare combination of strengths—equal parts educator, systems thinker, and mission-focused contractor. Her background blends technical clarity with people-first service, helping agency teams feel supported, understood, and well-served throughout the contracting process.

Sylvie’s experience includes:

  • 20+ years in public and private education

  • A Master’s in Math Education and fluency in four languages

  • Direct experience as a solo federal contractor navigating SAM.gov, FAR/DFARS, and government technology platforms

  • A deep commitment to human dignity, mission-first service, and moral responsibility
